LATERA®

The procedure is done in the office in under 20 minutes. After the numbing medication is placed in the nose, an extremely thin canula is placed through the inside of the nose. Once in the proper position the wire-thin implant is deployed. The implant will immediately start reinforcing the narrowed portion of the nose and slowly dissolve over 18 months. Once dissolved a fibrous capsule remains for continued improvement in nasal breathing and snoring.

Recovery is almost immediate. Patients can return to work and full activity immediately after the procedure.
